The Recon Fiber ticket system and SMS notification system are intended for authorized Recon Fiber employees, technicians, contractors, and approved users only.
By providing a mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS notifications, users consent to receive work-related text messages from Recon Fiber. These messages may include ticket assignments, ticket updates, scheduling information, and operational alerts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Users may opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP to any message or by contacting Recon Fiber management. Users may request help by replying HELP.
Users agree to use Recon Fiber systems only for legitimate company work and to enter accurate information related to job activity, time tracking, locations, uploads, and work performed.
Recon Fiber SMS notifications are used for operational and work-related communication, not public marketing campaigns.
