Recon Fiber respects the privacy of employees, technicians, contractors, customers, and authorized users of our systems.
We may collect names, usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, work assignments, ticket activity, uploaded job photos, location information entered into tickets, billing-related work details, and other information needed to manage field operations.
We use this information to assign work, communicate with technicians, track job progress, document work performed, support billing, maintain operational records, and prepare customer deliverables.
If a user provides a mobile phone number and SMS notifications are enabled, Recon Fiber may send work-related SMS messages such as ticket assignments, job updates, scheduling, and operational field coordination. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users may opt out by replying STOP or requesting that notifications be disabled.
Recon Fiber does not sell personal information or mobile phone numbers. Mobile opt-in information is not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only as needed for business operations, customer deliverables, legal requirements, or service providers used to operate our systems.
